These terms of purchase create a legally binding agreement between you and our eyewear brand for every order submitted through our Shopify website. By browsing our site, adding interchangeable frames, prescription glasses and sunglasses to your cart and completing checkout, you confirm you have read, understood and accept these terms, together with our privacy policy, refund policy, shipping policy, and customer service policy. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please do not place an order.

All product prices displayed on our website are listed in United States Dollars. The final price displayed on the checkout page accounts for applicable sitewide discounts, seasonal promotions, and coupon codes you apply. Product pricing does not cover international customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or local administrative charges assessed by your destination country government. Any such charges fall solely under the responsibility of the customer and are separate from our free worldwide shipping benefit. Currency conversion fees set by your bank or card issuer are outside our control, and we are not liable for those charges.

We work hard to display accurate product photos, color representations, frame dimensions, material descriptions, and lens specifications for all our interchangeable eyewear. Even so, screen calibration, monitor quality, and lighting used during product photography can create minor visual differences between online images and the real frames you receive. These small visual variations are not treated as product defects or misrepresentation. Material composition and product specifications may receive minor updates as we refine manufacturing, and the product page information reflects the current version of each eyewear item. Prescription lens accuracy relies entirely on the prescription information you submit. You confirm that any prescription details you provide are accurate and obtained from a licensed eye care professional.

Product inventory availability is subject to change without advance notice. Popular frame styles and limited-edition colors sell out quickly during promotional events. If an item you purchased becomes unavailable after checkout, our customer service team will contact you to present options: waiting for product restock, selecting an alternative frame style, or canceling that line item to issue a full refund. We will never substitute a different frame and ship it without your explicit written approval.

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected eyewear products. We hold the right to accept or decline any order, for reasons including suspected fraudulent transactions, invalid payment details, bulk purchasing intended for resale, technical pricing errors, inventory shortages, or violations of these purchase terms. The automated confirmation email sent after checkout confirms we received your payment and order details; this email does not constitute final acceptance of your purchase. Should we cancel your order, we notify you promptly and refund funds back to your original payment method.

During checkout, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal, shipping, and prescription information where applicable. You confirm you hold legal authorization to use the payment method entered, and your billing details match the records of your card or payment account. We are not responsible for failed deliveries, lost packages, or extra reshipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses submitted by the customer. For prescription orders, you certify that you are authorized to order lenses using the prescription provided.

All promotional discounts, coupon codes, and sitewide sales are time-limited and subject to available inventory. Unless explicitly written within promotion rules, discounts cannot be combined with other coupon offers. We reserve the right to modify, extend, or end any promotion at any time without prior warning. Discount pricing only applies to eligible products at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to orders completed before the promotion launched.

Our interchangeable frames, prescription glasses, and sunglasses are designed for personal household use only. Bulk purchasing for commercial resale, wholesale distribution, or reselling via third-party marketplaces is strictly forbidden unless you hold prior written authorization directly from our brand. We reserve the right to cancel and refuse orders that appear placed for resale purposes, including large quantities of identical frame styles.

All content hosted on our website, including eyewear photography, written descriptions, logos, graphics, brand artwork, page layouts, and website copy, is our intellectual property protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, edit, or reuse this content for commercial use without our written permission.

If any provision inside these terms is ruled invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court or regulatory authority, the remaining clauses stay in full legal effect. We may revise these terms of purchase at any time. The version active on the date you place your order governs your transaction. Continued website use after term updates counts as acceptance of revised terms.
